We are seeking a Naturopath with a special interest in chronic pain, inflammation, gut health, sleep disturbance and stress to support clients at our dedicated TMD clinic. This role will be part of a multidisciplinary team working to enhance patient outcomes and help people heal from the inside out.

About Us
Smile Solutions is a large, well-established dental and healthcare organisation in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD. Within the broader Smile Solutions practice, we have a specialised TMD clinic that brings together dental professionals, allied health clinicians and an in-house osteopath to provide truly integrative care.

Our goal is to support patients from the inside out by identifying and addressing contributing factors that often co-occur with TMD through atrophy whilst continuing to support clients with relevant and individualised dental and allied healthcare.

Responsibilities
As our Naturopath, you will:

• Provide individualised naturopathic consultations for patients whose primary care is through our TMD clinic, including support for:
  • Chronic pain and inflammation
  • Chronic stress
  • Poor sleep
  • Gut health concerns and systemic inflammatory balance, and
  • Hormonal influences
• Collaborate closely with dental practitioners and allied health services including osteopathy within the TMD team to develop integrated, coordinated care plans.
• Recommend evidence-informed lifestyle, nutritional, herbal and supplement strategies tailored to each client’s need.
• Build trusting, supportive relationships with clients and help them feel heard, empowered and supported.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute meaningfully to ongoing care coordination.

This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a holistic healthcare model, work within a supportive multidisciplinary team, and provide meaningful support to clients with multifactorial health concerns.

About You
We are looking for someone who:

• Holds recognised qualifications and accreditation as a Naturopath.
• Has at least 2 years of strong, clinical experience.
• Has a strong interest in chronic pain, inflammation, gut health, sleep disturbance and stress regulation.
• Is compassionate, curious and dedicated to helping patients thrive.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with patients.
• Enjoys working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Practices with a holistic, evidence-informed and patient-centred approach.
