Our practice, nestled in the beautiful Manchester Unity Building, is more than just a workplace – it’s a place where we all come together to make a difference in our patients’ lives. This is a full-time position that works alongside another individual in a job share arrangement, so you can enjoy the added bonus of having someone to bounce off. 

Here’s What You’ll Be Doing:

• Helping our patients feel right at home from the moment they walk in, with a warm smile and kind words
• Leading a wonderful team of over 10 receptionists, offering support and guidance to help them succeed and feel appreciated
• Coordinating multidisciplinary treatment plans, making sure each patient’s care is seamless and well-organized
• Assisting patients with appointments, claims, and accounts, always with a friendly, reassuring approach
• Building meaningful, caring relationships with our patients, practitioners, and leadership team
• Managing patient accounts and assisting with debt recovery in a gentle, professional way
• Training new team members with patience, kindness, and encouragement as they settle into their roles
• Suggesting ways to improve processes, making things smoother and easier for everyone
• Taking care of administrative tasks like data entry and mailing with a personal touch
